If a cancellation or modification request is not granted, FSI will deliver the equipment and items within this order, and payment in full will be due from you for such items.
This Agreement supersedes all agreements, either oral or in writing, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and contains all of the covenants and agreements between the parties. No verbal agreement or conversation with any officer, agent, or employee of FSI before, during, or after the execution of the Agreement shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations of this Agreement.
