The Crown RR5020-35 has been a game changer for our warehouse operations. I remember the first time we put it to use; we were all impressed by how effortlessly it maneuvered through the narrow aisles, which is something we struggled with before. The electric design means no fumes, which was a welcome change, especially during long shifts. It’s quite powerful for its size, yet surprisingly quiet, allowing us to focus on our tasks without distraction. Also, the straightforward controls make it easy for new operators to get comfortable pretty quickly. Overall, this forklift has made our lifting and stacking processes much smoother, and it’s been a solid addition to our fleet.
