The Raymond 470-C50HM electric sit-down forklift has really impressed me with its ease of use around the warehouse. I remember the first day we switched from our old gas model to this one; it was like night and day. The quiet operation made it much easier to have conversations without shouting, and I loved how smooth the controls felt. Maneuvering through tight spaces became a breeze, which is a huge plus given how clustered things can get. Plus, the reliability has been fantastic; no more worrying about gas runs right before a big shipment. Overall, it's been a solid choice for our lifting needs.
