The Cat NR4500-36V forklift has been a solid addition to our warehouse operations. It's smooth to handle, and the electric power makes it much quieter than the gas-powered ones we used before, which is a big plus for everyone on the floor. The seating is comfortable, and I found the controls really intuitive; my team got the hang of it pretty quickly. I remember one busy day when we had a huge shipment come in, and I was so grateful to have this forklift—it just made moving boxes around feel like a breeze. It’s one of those tools you don’t appreciate until you realize how much easier it makes the job. Overall, this has proven to be a reliable workhorse that has made a positive impact on our daily tasks.
