The CTD16-960H from Heli has been a real game-changer in our warehouse. Initially, I wasn’t sure if changing our forklift would make much difference, but after a few shifts with it, the smoothness and ease of operation have really impressed the whole team. A coworker who was skeptical about new equipment even admitted it made his job easier when loading those heavy pallets. It feels sturdy and handles well even in tighter spaces, which is a big plus since our aisles can get crowded. Overall, it’s been a solid addition to our fleet, making those long days a bit more manageable.
