When those warranties exist their terms and conditions are passed on to the Buyer of the new equipment and supported by Duke Equipment DBA Florida Forklift, Inc. Details of the original equipment manufacturers warranties are covered on separate documents and are available to Buyer upon request. The USED equipment sold by Duke Equipment DBA Florida Forklift, Inc. may or may not be covered by a warranty. If the warranty is provided it will be noted on the face of this order.
