The Rico RR-EX-30 forklift has been a solid addition to our warehouse operations. We've had it for about six months now, and I can't say enough about how much easier it has made moving heavy loads around. During a particularly hectic week before a holiday, it really shone when we needed to rearrange the aisles to make room for new stock. The controls are pretty intuitive, which is great because training the new hires was a breeze. You know that sense of relief when a piece of equipment just gets the job done? That’s how I feel about this forklift. Definitely a reliable workhorse for our daily tasks.
