The BYD ECC22 has been a game changer for our indoor warehouse operations. I remember the first time we switched from our old gas forklift to this electric beauty; the difference in noise levels was astonishing. The quiet hum lets us keep communication clear without yelling over an engine. It handles loads smoothly and has a surprisingly decent turning radius for its size, which has made getting around the tight corners of our aisles a lot easier. It's also nice not to deal with any fumes while we’re working inside. Overall, it feels like a reliable partner that’s going to stick around for the long haul, and the team has really warmed up to it.
