The Yale ERP040VTN36TE082 has been a solid addition to our warehouse, greatly improving our efficiency over the gas-powered models we used before. It's kind of wild how silent it is; the first time I drove it, I felt like I was floating around the aisles. The electric motor has a great torque distribution, which really comes in handy when navigating tight spots. I remember my coworker Joe had a bit of an adjustment period, but once he got used to its responsiveness, he couldn't stop raving about it. Charging's been straightforward, and the fact that it doesn't emit fumes really helps when we're in those smaller indoor areas. Overall, I’m pretty impressed and I think it suits our needs perfectly.
