The BYD ECB27B electric forklift has been a solid addition to our warehouse. Transitioning from gas-powered units was smoother than expected, especially since this model delivers a nice balance between power and efficiency. Handling this forklift feels intuitive, even for those of us without loads of experience, which I remember when my co-worker tried to take a corner too quickly—thankfully, the stability features kicked in. Plus, the quiet operation is great; we can have conversations without shouting over the noise like we used to.
