The Cascade 18J-CCS forklift has been a reliable workhorse in our warehouse since we added it to our fleet last year. It’s impressive how smoothly it maneuvers through tight spaces while loading and unloading heavy inventory; a huge plus during our bustling peak seasons. I remember the first time we put it to the test during a big shipment day – it made a daunting task feel manageable. Not only does it get the job done, but the controls are intuitive enough that even newer staff have picked it up pretty quickly. Overall, it's been a solid investment that we’ve come to depend on.
